The guard is absolutely new but as you can see from the photo the washer was replaced with a non-original one. Does not affect the performance of the item
This is a replacement guard that will ONLY fit model 61971 10" miter saw. Please do not buy if you have a different model number. Please look on your saw to verify your model number. (see sticker on motor or upper guard) If you have a different model 10" guard we may have it on our other listings however you must order by your model number on the saw itself.
