Comes with a USED #8 TESTED cutter Blade, full rotation test cut wool strips, care/operation instructions, wrench and angled brush to clean lint. No date stamp.     Good Vintage Working Condition Harry Fraser & Co Bliss Portable Model A Cloth Splitter with smooth, clean patina showing few age-appropriate scuff wear marks that will not affect wear, operation and will not snag fabric.  Cosmetic only.  Very clean machine.  Corrosion scar on pressure roller will not effect performance.
    Please see pictures as part of description. Hard Rubber Feet keep machine level and stable for cutting.  No significant signs of wear on pressure roller. Smooth solid crank operation.  Comes with tested #8 used cutter blade, full blade rotation wool test strips, instruction-information booklets, wrench, and angled brush for cleaning dust and lint.
