Factory Rubber Suction Feet makes machine sit level and is stable, no obvious signs of wear on pressure roller. Comes with #1 TESTED Used cutter Blade, care/operation instructions, wrench and hook.     Description

    Popular with leather crafters and rag rug braiders.  This machine will cut strips in very wide widths up to 1-3/4' wide, PLUS, with a blade change and/or adjustment of the fabric guides, can be used exactly as a Bliss Model A for smaller strip cutting for rug hooking or other crafts in custom widths.  Excellent Vintage Working Condition Harry Fraser & Co Bliss Portable Model B Cloth Splitter with smooth, clean patina showing  few age-appropriate scuff wear marks that will not affect wear, operation or snag fabric.  Cosmetic only.  Very clean machine. Machine has one fabric guide which is sufficient to lead wide cuts thru the machine.  Please see pictures as part of description. Rubber Suction Feet, keep machine level and stable for cutting.  No significant signs of wear on pressure roller.  Smooth solid crank operation.  Comes with tested #1 USED cutter blade, full blade rotation wool test strips in widest and a custom size for illustration, instruction-information booklets, wrench, and angled brush for cleaning lint.  Date stamp is illegible.  INVENTORY #0113B-DL
