Rigby cloth cutting machine w/ extra cutter for cutting rug hooking strips

Description

This rug cutting machine is made by Rigby.  Unsure of model number as there isn't one marked on the device.  However, it came in a box that had RB1 model B written on it.  There is an extra blade/cutter with it, that looks like it's marked RBI Model R (I could be wrong about that as I'm not familiar with this machine (so please ask questions).
