Tooled Leather Plaque Columbia Souvenir Vintage About 10-3/4"x4-1/4"
This interesting little souvenir came from the estate of a Texas couple who lived in South America for several years during the 70's and 80's in connection with the husband's job. They traveled quite a bit while down there, and collected many items of interest.
This plaque is made from a piece of leather that has been extensively tooled and molded into some sort of totem shape, and then mounted on a thin piece of hardboard. The name Columbia is tooled into the bottom portion, but it is a little worn and difficult to read.
