    USED since new by one person. My MOM. One Bliss Manufacturer Slit Stripper for cutting wool into strips used for traditional primitive rug hooking. It is in very good condition and was always well maintained. I’m not sure but the cutting wheels looks almost new. It was like her to keep it in the best working order possible.
