    Vintage Fraser Bliss Portable Strip Slitter/rag cutter for rug hooking with 4 blades. Blade numbers 3, 4, and 5 are brand new in the boxes. Not sure what number rhe one in the machine is but it is sharp. My grandmother did rug hooking in the late 70's/early 80's and this was hers.
