Vintage Matte Enamel Over Copper Bowl From Chile, Young Man And Woman

Vintage handmade matte enamel? over copper small bowl From Chile, young man and kneeling woman in muted or faded colors.  Raised metal divides the colors.
Almost 5-1/4" in diameter, 3/4" deep and weighs 3.6 oz.  Chile is stamped on the back.
As found, didn't try to clean it - noted a 1/4" enamel chip and slight dent in the copper at the upper edge as shown in close-up.  Edge is not perfectly smooth and copper on the back is spotted but solid.
