Vintage Rigby Portland Maine CLOTH STRIPPING MACHINE for Wool Hooking Rugs

Description

Machine works I cut some flannel weight wool with it and it seemed to work fine. Only has dies that are on it. Has adjustable table that looks like it will cut strips about 1" to 2" if I am using it right. Table measures about 7" by 3 1/2". Made to fasten to a table top edge with the screw type clamp.
